Eagles Ridge Single Family Subdivision is located off of South 7 Highway in beautiful Blue Springs, Missouri. You will find us located in a peaceful suburban area, yet still close to major highways, shopping, dining, parks, sports arenas, and more. We are located just 10 minutes from Blue Springs Lake, Lake Jacomo, and Lake Remembrance, and over 20 park/conservation/nature centers.

Eagles Ridge Single Family HOA consists of the original 44 homes built on SW Webster Dr., SW Eagles Ridge Dr., and the south side of SW Newport Dr.

In 2018, a separate HOA, Eagles Ridge Estates HOA, was formed by the developer. Eagles Ridge Estates HOA members may be eligible to purchase Pool Memberships.
